Yes, no credit card required. Every new account starts with a 30-day Pro trial so you can test everything. After 30 days, you can stay on Free — up to 3 agents, forever, at no cost — or upgrade to Pro.

The AI Assistant is included on all plans at no extra charge — no add-on fee, no per-resolution billing. Enterprise includes unlimited AI usage. If you need more AI capacity on a smaller plan, just contact us.

The AI experience doesn't change — it's included on both Free and Pro. Pro adds the features teams need as they grow: custom ticket fields, response templates, canned responses, advanced automations with conditional logic, skill-based routing, custom branding, data export, bulk actions, and dedicated support. It's $6 per agent per month.

During your 30-day Pro trial you can add as many agents as you need. After that, the Free plan supports up to 3 agents. For larger teams, Pro is $6 per agent per month with no seat minimums.

We don't plan to change our pricing, and we'll give you at least 90 days' notice before any pricing changes that affect your account. The Free plan is intended to stay free.

Yes. Pro and Enterprise customers get migration support to bring in ticket history and customer records from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, and other platforms. Contact us before you start and we'll walk you through it.

FyneDesk uses Anthropic's Claude. It reads your ticket context and knowledge base to summarise tickets, draft replies, and suggest resolutions. Your ticket data is not used to train Anthropic's models.
