Pro is about scale and power: more than 3 agents, the website widget, Connections (WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Notion, webhooks, and Zapier/Make/n8n), automations and rules (including skill-based routing), SLA management, time tracking with timesheets and time reports, agent self-scheduling, change-freeze windows, calendar feeds, customer portal logins, a custom email sending domain, and removing the “Powered by FyneDesk” branding. Live chat is part of Business. It's $12 per agent per month ($10 billed annually).

During your 30-day Pro trial you can add as many agents as you need. After that, the Free plan supports up to 3 agents. For larger teams, Pro is $12 per agent per month ($10 billed annually) and Business is $22 per agent per month ($18 billed annually) — no seat minimums.

We don't plan to change our pricing, and we'll give you at least 90 days' notice before any pricing changes that affect your account. The Free plan is intended to stay free.

Yes — self-serve import is on every plan, including Free. Bring in tickets and contacts with the built-in CSV and Freshdesk importers. For larger moves, Pro and Business add hands-on migration support — contact us before you start and we'll walk you through it.

FyneDesk uses Anthropic's Claude. It reads your ticket context and knowledge base to summarise tickets, draft replies, and suggest resolutions. Your ticket data is not used to train Anthropic's models.
