Migration questions

Pro and Enterprise customers can import ticket history, contact records, and company information from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, and other platforms. Contact us at support@fynedesk.io before you start and we'll walk you through exactly what can be brought over.

Not if you don't want them to. You can keep the same support email address (just point it to FyneDesk), and your branded portal URL can be customized. For most teams, the transition is invisible to end users.

Setup takes under an hour for most teams. Data migration time depends on volume — small imports (a few hundred tickets) can be done the same day. Larger migrations may take a few days. We'll give you an honest estimate before you start.

You don't have to, but some teams prefer a brief overlap period to make sure everything is working before fully cutting over. The free plan means there's no cost to running FyneDesk in parallel while you test it.

Migration support (hands-on help from our team) is included on Pro and Enterprise plans. Free plan users can self-serve the setup, which is straightforward for small teams starting fresh.
