This page lists the third-party Sub-processors that FyneDesk engages to Process Customer Personal Data in connection with the Service. It is referenced from our Data Processing Agreement and forms part of that agreement.
When we add or replace a Sub-processor that will Process Customer Personal Data, we update this page at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect, and we send an email notification to customers who have subscribed to updates (see Subscribe to updates below). Customers may object to a new Sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds in accordance with Section 4.3 of our DPA.

Affiliates
FyneDesk does not currently maintain affiliated entities that Process Customer Personal Data. If this changes, the affiliates will be added to this list with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice.

To receive an email notification when this list changes, send an email to support@fynedesk.io with the subject line Subscribe: Sub-processor updates. We will add the sending address to the notification list. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to a notification with the subject line Unsubscribe.
Right to object
If you wish to object to a new or replacement Sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds, email support@fynedesk.io within thirty (30) days of the change notice. The objection process is described in Section 4.3 of our Data Processing Agreement.
