Notion FyneDesk

FyneDesk for Notion

Connect tickets, knowledge base articles, and AI knowledge to the Notion pages your team already trusts. Send escalations into Notion, sync article ownership cleanly, and let AI draw from selected Notion content.

Admins choose exactly which Notion pages and databases FyneDesk can access.

What you can do

Push tickets into Notion

Create linked Notion pages from new, escalated, or tagged tickets so downstream teams get the customer problem, priority, and link back to the original conversation.

Sync knowledge base articles

Publish FyneDesk-owned articles into Notion, or import selected Notion pages as Notion-owned KB articles with clear read-only mirrors.

Give AI more context

Select Notion pages and databases as AI sources so replies, summaries, and triage suggestions can use trusted internal knowledge.

Map statuses back to tickets

Let mapped Notion status changes update linked FyneDesk tickets, keeping planning work and the support queue aligned.

Who it is for

Product teams

Turn support evidence into bug reports, roadmap signals, and customer-backed feature requests.

Operations teams

Route internal service patterns, escalations, and process gaps into a shared planning space.

Documentation teams

Capture repeated questions as article ideas while the original ticket details are still fresh.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect Notion

An admin connects Notion from Settings → Connections → Notion and authorizes the workspace.

  2. 2

    Share the right pages

In Notion, choose the exact pages and databases FyneDesk can access. FyneDesk only sees what you share.

  3. 3

    Choose the workflows

Turn on ticket handoff, KB sync, AI sources, and status mapping only where your team needs them.

  4. 4

    Monitor sync health

Review connection health, last sync time, and reconnect prompts from the Notion connection page.

Frequently asked

Does Notion replace FyneDesk tickets?

No. FyneDesk remains the support system of record for conversations, ownership, SLAs, and customer replies. Notion is where selected work can be planned, grouped, documented, and followed by teams outside the queue.

What can FyneDesk see in Notion?

Only the pages and databases an admin selects in the Notion authorization picker, plus their children. FyneDesk cannot browse the rest of your workspace.

Can KB articles sync both ways?

Yes, with one owner per article. The owner side is editable, and the other side is a read-only mirror so teams do not have to resolve conflicting edits.

Can AI use Notion content?

Yes. Admins can select Notion pages or databases as AI sources, then turn the AI source toggle on for the organization.

Is Notion included on every plan?

No. The Notion connection is available on Pro workspaces.
