Click Add Zoom meeting while replying. FyneDesk creates it under your Zoom account and inserts the join link into your message.

Everything on the ticket Pro

The meeting shows on the ticket sidebar with status, time, and a copyable join link — and you can cancel it right there.

Recordings attach automatically Business

When recording is on, the Zoom cloud recording link is added to the ticket after the call — a link only, never the file.

Runs on your own Zoom Pro

Meetings are hosted under each agent’s Zoom account, with an optional shared org account as a fallback for occasional callers.

How it works

    Admin turns it on

    Enable the integration once from Settings → Connections → Zoom.

    Agents connect Zoom

    Each agent connects their own Zoom from My Settings → Connected accounts (one-time).

    Add a meeting from any reply

    Click Add Zoom meeting in the composer and the join link goes straight into your message.

Frequently asked

What’s on which plan?

Creating and sharing Zoom meetings from a ticket is a Pro feature. Attaching recordings to tickets and auto-recording are Business features.

Do we need a paid Zoom plan?

A free Zoom account works, but it caps any call with two or more people at 40 minutes and records locally only. A paid Zoom plan (Pro or higher) on the host’s account removes the cap and enables cloud recording — that’s your Zoom cost, not a FyneDesk charge.

Where do recordings go?

The recording link appears in the Meeting card on the ticket sidebar. FyneDesk stores only the link — the media stays in your Zoom cloud under your retention settings.

Whose Zoom account is used?

Each agent’s own connected Zoom. Admins can also connect one shared org account as a fallback; note a single shared host can run only two concurrent meetings. Setup is in the Zoom guide.
