FyneDesk has three plans: Free, Pro, and Enterprise. Every new account starts with a 30-day Pro trial so you can try all Pro features. After the trial, you can stay on the Free plan or continue with Pro.
Free plan
The Free plan has no time limit and supports up to 3 agents after the 30-day Pro trial. It includes:
- Request management: create, assign, track, and resolve tickets
- Email to Ticket: incoming emails are converted into tickets
- Client portal: customers can submit and track their requests
- Embeddable widget: add a support widget to any website
- Live chat: real-time conversations between portal visitors and agents

* AI usage is subject to a fair-use limit of 100 queries per organization per day.
Pro plan (Free for 30 days)
$6 per agent per month. Pro is for teams that need deeper customization, automation, and support. Included free for 30 days with every new account. It includes everything in Free, plus:
- Custom ticket fields: text, dropdown, number, date, checkbox
- Canned responses & macros: save and reuse common replies
- Pre-written response templates
- Advanced automations: event-based triggers and conditional logic
- Skill-based ticket routing: assign tickets based on agent expertise
- Custom branding: logo, colors, and portal styling
- Data export & CSV download
- Bulk ticket actions: update multiple tickets at once

For organizations that need integrations, API access, SSO, and dedicated account management. Includes everything in Pro, plus:

Pro is included free for 30 days with every new account.
What is the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is for organizations that need integrations (Slack, Teams, CRMs, Zapier), REST API access, SSO, additional customizations, phone support, a dedicated account manager, and custom onboarding and training. Contact us for a custom quote.
How do I upgrade to Pro or Enterprise?

Is the Free plan time-limited?
No. The Free plan has no time limit. After the 30-day Pro trial ends, the Free plan supports up to 3 agents and includes all Free features at no cost.
