FyneDesk has two plans: Free and Pro. The free plan includes the full set of core features. The Pro plan adds advanced capabilities for teams with more complex needs.
Free plan
The free plan is designed to be fully functional, not a limited trial. It includes:
- Request management -- create, assign, track, and resolve tickets
- Email-to-ticket -- incoming emails are converted into tickets
- Client portal -- customers can submit and track their requests
- Embeddable widget -- add a support widget to any website
- Contact management -- manage customer records and history
- Knowledge base -- publish help articles for self-service
- Team management -- organize agents into teams with role-based access
- Ticket routing -- route tickets by source with agent, team, and round-robin assignment
- Asset tracking -- track equipment, software, and other assets
- Dashboard -- reporting and analytics overview
- Audit trail -- full history of changes on every ticket
- Webhooks -- send ticket events to Slack, Zapier, n8n, or any HTTP endpoint
- Multi-language support -- use FyneDesk in English, German, or Spanish
- AI assistant -- summarize tickets, draft replies, and get suggestions*
* AI usage is subject to a fair-use limit of 100 queries per organization per day.
Pro plan
The Pro plan is for teams that need deeper customization, automation, and integration. It includes everything in the free plan, plus:
- Custom ticket fields -- add fields tailored to your workflow
- Canned responses -- save and reuse common replies
- Third-party integrations -- connect to external tools beyond webhooks
- API access -- build custom integrations with the FyneDesk API
- SSO and advanced security -- single sign-on and enhanced access controls
- Skill-based routing -- assign tickets based on agent expertise
- Advanced automations -- automate workflows beyond basic routing
- Custom branding -- apply your brand to the portal and widget
- Data export -- export tickets, contacts, and reports
- Bulk actions -- update multiple tickets at once
- Migration support -- help moving from another platform
