Organization Settings
Manage your company name, office locations, and general workspace settings from one place.
Company Information
Your organization name appears across FyneDesk in the sidebar, portal, and email notifications. To update it, go to Settings → Organization and edit the company name field. Changes take effect immediately for all team members.
Locations
Locations represent your physical offices, branches, or sites. You can assign locations to contacts and team members for better tracking and filtering. To manage locations, go to Settings → Organization and scroll to the Locations section.
You can add, rename, or remove locations at any time. Removing a location does not delete contacts or team members assigned to it.
Admins only
Only users with the Admin role can change organization settings. Agents and End Users do not have access to this page.
Getting started
- 1 Go to Settings → Organization
- 2 Update your company name and click Save
- 3 Add any office locations your team operates from
