SLA management

SLA management is a Pro feature. Free organizations see SLA settings locked behind a Pro upgrade.

Pro unlocks targets by priority, response/assignment/resolution clocks, business-hours or calendar-hour clocks, breach pause, breach notifications, and multiple/custom SLA policies.

Business includes Pro SLA management and can add custom uptime agreements by contract. A custom uptime agreement is not the same thing as in-product SLA management.

AI credits

FyneDesk AI features are powered by Anthropic Claude and are included on every plan through monthly credit pools: Free 50, Pro 500, Business 1,500. AI can check the knowledge base, draft the next step, and auto-resolve tickets when there is a confident match.

Paying plans can top up a prepaid AI wallet at $0.01 per credit. AI pauses at zero unless the organization prepays more credits.

FyneDesk does not silently create surprise AI overage bills.
