FyneDesk has three plans: Free, Pro, and Business. Every new account starts with a 30-day Pro trial so you can try all Pro features. After the trial, you can stay on the Free plan or continue with Pro.
Free plan
The Free plan has no time limit and supports up to 3 agents after the 30-day Pro trial. It includes:
- Request management: create, assign, track, and resolve unlimited tickets and views
- Email to Ticket: incoming emails are converted into tickets
- Client Portal: public ticket submission + knowledge base where your customers and clients can reach you
- Team calendar: month, week, day, and agenda views — tickets, maintenance windows, holidays, announcements, and general events on one timeline, with a my-items filter, custom colors, a mini-calendar, and right-click + drag scheduling
- Knowledge base: publish help articles for self-service
- Contact management: customer records with full interaction history
- Full asset module: track equipment, software, and other assets with history
- Custom ticket fields: text, dropdown, number, date, checkbox
- Templates & canned responses: save and reuse common replies
- Data import: bring in your tickets and contacts yourself with the built-in CSV and Freshdesk importers
- Email branding: logo, colors, and footer (the “Powered by FyneDesk” line is shown on Free)
- Ticket routing & auto-assignment: route incoming requests to the right agent or team
- Team management: organize agents into teams with role-based access
- Dashboard analytics & KPIs: monitor volume, response times, and team performance
- Full audit trail: history of changes on every ticket
- Secure sign-in: “Continue with Google” / “Continue with Microsoft” and TOTP two-factor authentication included

- AI assistant: ticket summaries, suggested replies, suggested resolutions, and resolution notes*
* Each plan includes a monthly AI credit pool — Free 50, Pro 500, Business 1,500 — covering summaries, replies, classification, and resolution drafts. Paying plans can top up a prepaid wallet at $0.01/credit; AI pauses at zero.
Pro plan (Free for 30 days)
$12 per agent per month ($10 billed annually). Pro is about scale and power once you grow past a small team. Included free for 30 days with every new account. It includes everything in Free, plus:
- More than 3 agents: add as many agents as your team needs (billed per active agent)
- Website widget: embed a ticket-submission form on any website (live chat in the widget is on Business)
- Connections: WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Notion, outbound webhooks, and Zapier / Make / n8n
- Automations & rules: event-based triggers, conditional logic, and skill-based ticket routing
- SLA management: set resolution, first-response, and assignment targets per priority with breach email alerts
- Time tracking: built-in ticket timer or manual time log, with My Timesheet for every agent, time reports, and the Team Timesheets manager grid
- Agent self-scheduling: agents book their own appointments straight onto the calendar
- Change-freeze windows: schedule freeze periods with automatic conflict detection
- Calendar feed (iCal): private subscribe URL for Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar
- CSAT & satisfaction surveys: viewing satisfaction scores is Pro — collecting ratings is free on every plan
- Client portal logins: contacts and clients sign in with their own accounts to submit and track tickets
- Client portal branding: customize your client portal with your own logo, colors, and theme
- Custom email sending domain: send support email from your own domain
- Remove “Powered by FyneDesk”: white-label the footer on your customer emails
- Bulk ticket actions: update multiple tickets at once
- Assisted migration support: hands-on help moving from Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Help Scout
- Priority support: your support requests are prioritized ahead of the Free queue

Features that require the Pro plan are marked with a Pro badge in Settings; non-Pro orgs can see them read-only with an upgrade link to the Plan page.
Business plan
$22 per agent per month ($18 billed annually). For organizations that need advanced security, IT management, and integrations at scale. Includes everything in Pro, plus:
- Custom agent count: provisioned for your organization
- Live chat: real-time conversations between portal visitors and agents, in the portal and the website widget
- Unlimited website widgets: deploy the support widget across multiple sites
- Attendance clock-in/out: working-time records with audit-trail corrections — supports EU daily working-time recording requirements
- Timesheet approvals: managers review and approve timesheets, then lock the period
- Forecasting & capacity planning
- Shift scheduling
- Data warehouse integration (coming soon): connect your warehouse for analytics
- Microsoft Intune device sync: pull managed devices into your asset inventory
- Carrier sync (Verizon ThingSpace): sync mobile lines and devices
- REST API access (coming soon): build custom integrations with the FyneDesk API
- SAML single sign-on with enforcement (on request): SAML SSO through your identity provider, plus org-wide SSO enforcement — Google and Microsoft sign-in are already free on every plan
